3. Defective or Damaged Products:
   • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference. Please provide detailed information and, if possible, photographs of the defective or damaged product.

4. Refund Processing:
   • Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.
